A wild, mouth-watering treat.
Biltong has long been an iconic staple in South Africa, with its distinctive
aroma wafting out of the local markets. Lean slabs of beef are soaked
in red wine vinegar, then delicately coated with a blend of pure species,
primarily featuring coriander. Sugar or sweeteners are never added. The
meat is then hung to air dry and then sliced thinly or shredded.
